Create a new fund, or make a gift to an existing fund, CFFC will match up to $7,500
Since 2009, the Community Foundation of Fayette County has been committed to creating funds that help Fayette County to meet the challenges of changing times; to connecting donors with the needs of the community to support area non-profit organizations; and, to meeting the charitable needs of all county residents.
Now, just in time for end of year giving, CFFC will help their donors build and grow funds with $100,000 in match money available. CFFC will match up to $7,500 to create a new fund or make a gift to an existing fund. For example, a minimum gift of $7,500 to create a permanent fund will be matched by CFFC with $2,500. The maximum gift of $22,500 will be matched by CFFC with $7,500.
“The Community Foundation of Fayette County is committed to assisting individuals, and families with their charitable giving, as well as helping non-profit organizations with their sustainability. We offer a number of funds for donors to create legacy,” said Renee Couser, CFFC Executive Director.

- Scholarship Funds supports post-secondary education.
- Field of Interest Funds allows donors to direct funds to a very specific area or purpose.
- Agency Funds created by a non-profit organization to benefit the organization.
- Unrestricted Funds for donors without specific direction for their giving.
